When starting a new project we generally do the following:

  1. Initial Consultation: In person or over the phone.
    1. About 5-10 minutes of questions regarding your project as we fill out an order form.
    2. Discuss prices, the deposit fee and completion date(s).
  2. Custom design quote: We will send a custom design quote that will need to be signed unless further information is needed. A 30% deposit will be included in the quote.
  3. Deposit: Once a deposit has been received work will begin.
  4. Hosting for web: If your project is a website the following will occur. Set up hosting and register/transfer domain name(s) as needed. Hosting is an additional expense that we will discuss at Consultation. Create and set up email accounts.
  5. What we need from you: Collect content/text information from client, logos and photo scanning/insertion. Typically via email. If your project is a website we might need your hosting info and/or merchant info.
  6. Add content to project: Please make sure your content is in Final Draft form not rough draft. When content is sent in rough draft form, projects could take longer to finalize and complete. The design may change when the content is changed this could in turn cause the project to take longer and cost more. (If you need help with content let us know, content management can be provided for an additional cost.)
  7. Final Review: Client final review and possible small changes.
  8. Remaining Balance: Collect remaining balance for project.  See Payment.
  9. Final Project: Post final web site work to the Internet, or send you file(s) for print.

**Note: Completion times that you are given throughout the process are estimates based on the client having turned over all necessary materials for completion for the entire project.
